The Horse of Course, Inc. Returns Policy:

• We require a Return Authorization, or RMA before sending any package to us. We will refuse shipments arriving without this number.
• There are no returns or exchanges on software, books or videos, due to Copyright Laws. In the case of a defective product, we will issue a replacement (within the limits of the manufacturer’s warranty).
• In order to receive full credit, returns must be in the same condition as when purchased.
• For health and safety concerns, we can not accept returns of certain items like undergarments or bits that have been in a horse’s mouth, so be very sure you have the right measurements.
• Refunds on credit card purchases can only be credited to the account from which the purchase was made.
• Returns after 30 days for refund will only be eligible for Store Credit.
• Returns for refunds can sometimes be delayed in the event you purchased the item using a check if your check has not cleared our bank.

Return Shipping Instructions:

• Write (or print) the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
• You are responsible for damage or loss in shipping, so we suggest you insure the package for the full value of the contents!
• Never use the box the item came in, (such as shoes) to ship. Always use an outer box with cushioning between the two boxes.
• Never include anything that was not approved for return.
